Advisors Resource Network, LLC (ARN) makes every effort to insure that information it provides is correct, but makes no warranty that information is correct or complete. ARN does not sell insurance, is not affiliated with any insurer, and provides policy information as an independent third party. Use of ARN software and information is subject to the understanding that its policy descriptions and premiums are not representations by the policy issuers and do not obligate the issuers in any manner.

Policy comparisons are meant to be objective, to not promote sales of any particular insurance policy, and to provide valuable comparative information to agents and their clients. However, ARN does not warrant that those using its resources and software may provide its information directly to their clients. Users should check with their state insurance department as to whether the offering of this information is in compliance with state regulations.

Refund Policy

Because of the volatile character of intangible property and the access thereto, it is our policy not to offer refunds.  When payment is tendered for a subscription for a given period, that sale is considered final.  Of course, automatic renewals can be terminated on short notice (48 hrs before due) and no further charges incurred.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Advisors Resource Network respects your concerns about maintaining strict privacy. Any information that you divulge to us is kept in confidence. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) on our web site or otherwise unless you choose to give it to us via our online inquiry form, the online subscription registration form, an electronic mail message, a phone call, or by postal mail. The type of information you provide through our online forms may include email address, name, mailing address, city, state, zip code and phone number, as well as credit card account information for subscription fees or product purchases. Even when you choose to give us information, we keep it confidential. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable information with third parties.

We do not enable "cookies" on our web site. The server of our Internet Service Provider collects information about the date and time in which our web site was accessed and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked to our site for aggregated statistical purposes, to measure the number of visitors to our site and the addresses of the web sites from which our visitors come. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information are not available to us. Any future updates to this policy will be noted on this web page.
